TNT Pure Vapors, LLC ships from within the United States. It is our aim to offer the best customer service while also bringing you the fast shipping times of a much larger company. Orders generally ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends). However, because we’re a small company, order fluctuations can extend your shipping time. During sales, it may take up to four extra days to ship your order (to find out about current sales, be sure to sign up for our newsletter). Custom orders (any order that asks us to customize your e-liquid) can also take up to four days to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail notification that also includes a tracking number. You can track your package(s) within the United States. TNT Pure Vapors, LLC, will send your shipping confirmation number via email.
All our E-Liquid bottles have child-proof caps, and also sealed with shrink wrap. The bottles are placed within a carrying case for your protection. Your order is then mailed in a bubble wrap padded envelope. We treat your order with care, but we cannot guarantee the USPS will show the same courtesy. All packages that are shipped by TNT Pure Vapors, LLC already comes with up to $50.00 insurance. We cannot be responsible for mistakes made by the USPS including misdirected, lost or damaged shipments.
Should the USPS damage your E-Liquid order in transit, it can cause E-Liquid to spill. Any spill is contained within the carrying case. Please use caution when handling E-Liquid spills that contain nicotine. Nicotine can be absorbed through the skin so we recommend that you use gloves and you should use care to properly dispose of any packaging materials that have been exposed to nicotine, keeping them away from children and pets.
We do ship internationally. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Since we do not charge our customers for shipping within the United States, there will be an additional charge for international shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships, however, this will only track your package until it leaves the United States. Because there is no way for TNT Pure Vapors, LLC to verify delivery and many countries have postal, customs or delivery problems, we do not guarantee your order will arrive and you must order at your own risk. There are no refunds or replacements for orders lost after leaving the United States or confiscated by the customs department in your country.
If you would like to have your international order guaranteed, it must be sent via Global Express Guaranteed. This is significantly more expensive, but our company is happy to arrange this for you if you prefer. Global Express Guaranteed includes package tracking all the way to your destination and all packages are fully guaranteed and will be replaced if lost. We will be happy to exchange or return any products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship if returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us first to see if we can help you resolve the problem. If your item still isn’t working and needs replacement, we’ll send you information about where to send it back and get you out a new item as quickly as possible or issue you a credit for your next purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We absolutely DO NOT accept returns or offer any refunds on e-liquid, cartridges, cartomizers, atomizers or other consumable or disposable products for any reason.
